By having a dedicated property management team, we can offer our clients a low property to manager ratio, as well as a high level of professional, personalized service. We are able to provide services via an administrator and a community manager. TIHG is never more than a phone call away, whether we are on-site or off, our team is readily available to provide assistance.


Our team focuses on providing owners, investors, board members and HOA's with timely communication, easy to understand financial statements as well as operating analysis and comprehensive property management. All of our property managers are first and foremost leaders, we accomplish our goals through staff inclusion not exclusion. We all follow the same “CFE plan”, Communicate, Follow Up and Execute.


Our extensive experience in both luxury residential and resort communities separates us from other property management companies. We are a customer centric company. We pride ourselves on the continued exceptional service we provide our clients and are able to provide references to any of our properties on request. 


TIHG is led by Martin Smith (CEO), a graduate of the University of Surrey's Hospitality and Tourism School and brings to the team over 40 years of luxury resort, residential and development experience. Coming from the luxury hospitality and residential segment, Martin is the driving force behind TIHG and commitment to customer service, attention to detail and quality of work.
